The Quandary of this Generation: Announcing the Thomas More Institute of Canada for Research in Adult Liberal Studies

The Thomas More Institute of Canada for Adult Liberal Studies was founded and incorporated in 1959, obtaining in May of that year a federal charter for research, by the directors of the Thomas More Institute to showcase and publicize important contributions of the parent institution in research in adult liberal education. Since its inception, it has facilitated the publication of several books and TMI in-house papers, articles, essays and interviews.

Published June 1960. Brochure that outlines the objectives of the Thomas More Institute of Canada for Research in Adult Liberal Studies. The pilot project and ongoing educational institution will be the Thomas More Institute for Adult Education of Montreal which will remain small and flexible enough to make possible significant resaerch, dramatization and explorative adaptation for other communities (from text). The Charter of the Research Institute was granted at Ottawa on May 19 1959 and recorded October 1, 1959
